You’re Eligible for a Refund When:
- You submit a refund request within 7 days of your first purchase (not renewals or repurchases).
- You contacted our support team and gave us a fair opportunity to resolve your issue before requesting a refund.
- You experience a technical issue that we’re unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
Note: Refunds apply only to the initial purchase. Renewals are non-refundable as reminders are sent 3 days in advance.
We May Deny a Refund If:
Your refund request is submitted after the 7-day refund window.
Our policy is designed to be fair and consistent for all users. We apply the 7-day window uniformly, regardless of usage or situation.
You are requesting a refund for a subscription renewal.
Refunds apply only to your initial purchase. Renewals are non-refundable. We send multiple reminders throughout your billing cycle, including usage and benefit reminders as well as a renewal notice 3 days before the renewal so you have time to cancel or adjust your plan.
You’ve already built and exported or migrated a site.
If you’ve purchased a plan for AI website building, and have already used ZipWP to create and export your site, it indicates that you’ve received the core value of the platform. Refunds are intended for situations where the product couldn’t be used effectively, not after it has been fully utilized.
Your personal unfamiliarity with WordPress or confusion about how to use WordPress.
WordPress is a platform that has been around for decades and can feel complex at first, especially if you’re new to it.
That’s why ZipWP gives you a complete website draft to start with, along with knowledge base articles and a support team ready to help you understand both ZipWP and WordPress basics.
You’ve made significant use of ZipWP features (e.g., generated multiple sites, used majority of AI credits, exported or migrated content).
If you’ve already made full use of the product, it means you’ve received substantial value and refunding after usage is not aligned with our fair use policy.
Your reason for the refund is based on personal preference or expectations not reflected in our feature descriptions.
We aim to provide accurate and transparent information about what ZipWP includes from AI site generation to customization tools. If there’s feature you expected wasn’t part of the platform, we’d love your feedback, but it may not qualify for a refund.
You are requesting a refund due to buyer’s remorse.
ZipWP offers a free plan so you can explore the platform and see if it’s the right fit for you before making a purchase. Since this opportunity is available upfront, a change of mind or buyer’s remorse after purchasing doesn’t qualify for a refund.
