Significant Product Usage
Refunds are not available if there has been substantial use of the platform. Significant usage includes (but is not limited to):
- Using a majority of AI site generation limits
- Exporting or migrating any site
Lack of Familiarity With WordPress
Refunds are not provided due to personal unfamiliarity with WordPress or general platform learning curves.
ZipWP provides:

- Knowledge base documentation
- Access to a support team to assist with both ZipWP and WordPress basics
Personal Preference or Misaligned Expectations
Refunds are not granted for reasons based on personal preference or expectations that are not reflected in ZipWP’s documented features or product descriptions.
Buyer’s Remorse
ZipWP offers a free plan to evaluate the platform before purchasing. Refunds are not provided for changes of mind after purchase when the product is functioning as described.
Domains & Non-Refundable Items
All domain purchases and renewals are non-refundable.
