Refund Policy

At ZipWP, we aim to support the growth and success of your business. However, we understand that our product might not suit everyone. If you are unhappy with your purchase or face an issue that we are unable to resolve, we offer a full refund within 3 days of your original purchase.

Refund Conditions:

  • We will process your refund as quickly as possible. Before issuing the refund, we may ask for a chance to resolve the issue for you.
  • Refunds are available only within 3 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.
  • Refund periods are based on the first purchase date. If you have purchased in the past, the 3 days are from the first purchase, not the repurchase date.
  • Refunds for renewal payments are not available. We’ll send an email reminder 14 days before your subscription renewal date, giving you the option to cancel before the payment is processed.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests if necessary.
  • To request a refund, please contact our support team by opening a support ticket.
