  • Exporting or migrating any site

Lack of Familiarity With WordPress

Refunds are not provided due to personal unfamiliarity with WordPress or general platform learning curves.

ZipWP provides:

  • Access to a support team to assist with both ZipWP and WordPress basics

Personal Preference or Misaligned Expectations

Refunds are not granted for reasons based on personal preference or expectations that are not reflected in ZipWP’s documented features or product descriptions.

Buyer’s Remorse
