Yes. Every ZipWP site is a standard WordPress install, not a proprietary locked format. Moving it is an ordinary WordPress transfer: export the site and import it into a WordPress install at any host. You are never rebuilding from scratch on someone else’s platform.

Credits are spent only on AI actions such as generating or rewriting content. Running out never takes a site down. Editing pages, publishing posts and using plugins are normal WordPress work and cost nothing. Hobby includes 100K credits, which is a lot of AI editing.

Yes, and editing one page, paragraph or image never regenerates unrelated parts of the site. Use AI credits to rewrite copy or redo sections, then change anything else in the WordPress block editor, Spectra or Elementor. Nothing is locked.
