Can I Host A Website On Zip?

ZipWP is a web service that helps you build WordPress websites for your business with the power of AI. These sites can either be permanent sites or temporary sites.

As the name suggests, temporary sites are those that expire after a certain period, whereas permanent sites created using Zip do not have an expiration date.

However, it is not recommended to use permanent sites as live sites for your needs due to the following reasons:

• ZipWP is not a dedicated hosting service.
• ZipWP servers are not designed to handle the traffic that you may expect on live sites.
• Currently, ZipWP doesn’t provide advanced hosting features such as the ability to map domain names, manage your DNS, etc.

Hence, we recommend using Zip for staging sites or building new sites and moving them to your hosting once the site is ready.
