Refund Conditions
We aim to process your refund as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our refund terms:
- Resolution First: Before issuing a refund, we may ask for an opportunity to resolve any issues you’re experiencing.
- Refund Window: Refunds are available only within 3 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
- First Purchase Rule: The 3-day refund period is based on your first purchase date, not any subsequent repurchases.
- Renewal Payments: Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. To help you avoid unwanted charges, we’ll send a reminder email 14 days before your renewal date, giving you the option to cancel your subscription.
- Right to Decline: We reserve the right to decline refund requests if deemed necessary.
How to Request a Refund
Follow these simple steps to submit a refund request:
- Navigate to the Plan and Billing section.

- Click on “Change Plan” button.

- Find the order for which you’d like to request a refund.

- If you’re within the 3-day refund period, you’ll see a Request Refund button—click it.

- Fill out the refund request form, including your feedback and submit the form.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and send you an email confirmation with the next steps in next 24-48 hours.
Note: If the Request Refund button isn’t visible, it means the 3-day refund period has expired based on your original purchase date, and you’re no longer eligible for a refund.
