How to Check Your Mail With Webmail, No Setup Needed

Every Business Email mailbox includes webmail, a full inbox you can open right in your browser, directly from your ZipWP dashboard. This article covers how to open it and what to do if something does not work as expected.

Steps

• Go to Dashboard, then Business Emails.
• Click the Open webmail icon on your mailbox’s row, or open the mailbox and click Open webmail on its Overview tab.
• A new browser tab opens and signs you straight into your inbox, no password prompt at all.

How signing out works

Webmail runs in its own browser tab, entirely separate from your ZipWP dashboard session. 

Signing out of ZipWP will not sign you out of an already-open webmail tab, and signing out of webmail will not touch your ZipWP session either. They are independent. Hence, you need to log out webmail from the top right corner- your profile icon and then select Logout.

Conclusion

Webmail is the fastest way to check mail without any setup at all, but if you would rather use a dedicated app you already know like Gmail, Apple Mail or Outlook. It’s easy to connect as well!
